Promotion Period
1. The Promotion commences December 1 2009 & closes January 1  2010.

Entry Requirements
2. Offer only open to business that have an abn.
3. Existing customers are not eligible, except for new business websites.
4. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable, cannot be substituted for another product and cannot be taken as cash.
5. The 12 month free period starts from 48 hours of notice of your notice of acceptance, unless otherwise stated by a Purpose agent.
6. Purpose holds the right to refuse to grant Free Hosting to any person or business at their discretion,
7. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
8. Applicants will be notified via email on the following the day. The applicant ’s name and company name will also be published on the “hosting” and on the “competition” pages of the websites www.purposehosting.com.au and  www.purpose.com.au
9. The personal information supplied by entrants when entering this Promotion will be used by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy by visiting www.purpose.com.au/privacy.htm for more information. Entry into this Promotion is an agreement to be bound by that policy. All entrants may have their details removed from the Promoter’s database by simply contacting the Promoter. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Promotion and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11 Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that the prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavors to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
12. By entering the competition, Winners agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
14. Prize is only eligible to 1 per business or private person.
15. Once the 12 months has ended, you can choose to or not to renew with us. Payment in 3 months in advance. Access to your site will be closed on the expiry date if not renewed.
16. Free hosting can not be accrued. If you have free hosting from another promotion or part of another package, then your 12 months can start again from that date, but not accrued.
17. At first you may be assigned 200-500 MB of space, yet if you need more - up to 1000 MB (1GB) - you can simply request it. All included at not additional charge.
